Stonebwoy and Kojo Jones Mensah Donate to Ashaiman Police

Multiple award winning musician ‘Stonebwoy’ together with Ghanaian Real Estate entrepreneur Kojo Jones, donated products to the Ashaiman Police today in Accra. According to Stonebwoy, the items were to help support the police service especially in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic. A representative from the Police service in Ashaiman thanked them for the donation and asked them to help educate the residents on the need to obey the stay -at- home order as a preventive measure from contracting the Coronavirus. The items comprised beverages, bottles of water among other products.

One of Ghana’s most celebrated musicians ‘Stonebwoy’ today teamed up with successful Real Estate entrepreneur Kojo Jones Mensah, to donate assorted products comprising beverages, bottles of water and more, to the Ashaiman Police. The donation was made under the auspices of the Livingstone Foundation in collaboration with Empire & K.J.M Foundation.  Stonebwoy said that this was the first of other donations to support the police in the area in their fight against the Coronavirus spread. “We are here with our small token to support especially as the prices of some of these things are increasing due to the Coronavirus pandemic. So, kindly receive these items knowing that this is one of many to come”, he said. 

A representative from the Police unit in Ashaiman received the items and was grateful to both Stonebwoy and Kojo Jones Mensah for the donation. “On behalf of the Regional Commander, the Divisional Commander, and the District, I say a big thank you to the K.J.M and Livingstone Foundation for this kind gesture. I want to assure you that the items presented Will be given to the personnel. I also want to use this medium to appeal to you to educate the people of Ashaiman to observe the ‘lockdown’ so we will all be protected”, he said. 

Stonebwoy and Kojo Jones Mensah join the list of celebrities who have made some donations to the public as well as institutions amid the Coronavirus crisis in Ghana.
