The West and East Africa Head of independent digital music distribution company ‘TuneCore’, Chioma Onuchukwu, will be speaking on Monday 21st June 2021 at the maiden edition of the ‘Vodafone Ghana Music Awards ‘National Music Summit’ in Accra. The marketing expert will be bringing a ‘wealth of experience’ in digital music distribution and publishing administration. She will be joined by other industry professionals at the event. The National Music Summit is a Vodafone Ghana Music Awards initiative and part of this year’s celebration.

According to the Head of Communications and Public Events at CharterHouse Robert Klah, the inclusion of international experts on the V.G.M.A National Music Summit was to provide an international perspective on selected issues bothering the music industry in Ghana. “These people have in-depth knowledge on the subject matter. They will also bring an international perspective on the issues. The fact is, the Ghana Music industry is still struggling, but these technologies in music are working elsewhere, so what can we learn from other countries so we can improve and advance the music agenda?”, he explained.

I look forward to collaborating with and supporting local artists.”
